Fees and Services

All services are free through NOVEMBER 30, 2025. Thereafter, the following fees will apply.

To help travelers plan their dream trips, I’m offering all services free of charge through November 30, 2025. Beginning December 1, 2025, the following fees will apply per service. These fees reflect the time, expertise, and effort required to carefully curate travel packages that save you money, provide peace of mind, and create unforgettable experiences.

Please note: All payments may be made through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp. If you book and complete your payment within seven (7) days of receiving your initial quote, you will be refunded the fee after your trip is complete. If you do not book and complete payment within seven (7) days of receiving your initial quote, the fee is non-refundable. Payments will not be accepted unless a consultation has occurred.

Services & Pricing (Effective December 1, 2025)

• Basic Plan - Always Free
  Our Basic Plan will always remain free. This includes rate comparisons to see if we can find a better deal than what you've already discovered, weekend hotel-only bookings, one-way and roundtrip flights for one destination, and destination activity information.
  
  Consultations are always free, mandatory, and by appointment only.

  All plan options come with up to two changes after the initial quote is provided. Please provide accurate information and all the details during your consultation to avoid unnecessary costs.

• Bronze Plan - $25
  The Bronze Plan includes package deals for flights, hotels, and/or rental cars lasting one to three days. This also includes cruises lasting up to three days.

• Silver Plan - $50
  The Silver Plan includes package deals for flights, hotels, and/or rental cars lasting four to seven days. This also includes cruises lasting up to seven days.

• Gold Plan - $75
  The Gold Plan includes deals for flight, hotels, and/or rental cars lasting eight days or more. This also includes cruises lasting eight days or more.

• Platinum Plan - $100
  The Platinum Plan offers a fully curated package for trips lasting up to five days. This premium service includes flights, hotels, rental cars, activities, excursions, personal transport, and a digital itinerary that can be used like an app on your phone. The itinerary will include specific information about your destination to include visa requirements, popular tourist locations, recommended restaurants, emergency phone numbers, helpful phrases, a local map of the area, along with copies of your passport for all members attending the trip.

• Elite Platinum Plan - $150
  The Elite Platinum Plan delivers a full curated package for trips lasting six days or more. This premium service includes flights, hotels, rental cars, activities, excursions, personal transport, and a digital itinerary that can be used like an app on your phone. The itinerary will include specific information about your destination to include visa requirements, popular tourist locations, recommended restaurants, emergency phone numbers, helpful phrases, a local map of the area, along with copies of your passport for all members attending the trip.

• Group Plan - Varies
  Our group plan deals are designed to simplify the planning process and maximize value for every traveler. Traveling with friends, family, or colleagues becomes even more memorable when everything is seamlessly arranged. Pricing for group packages is customized based on the length of your trip, the number of travelers in your party, and the total number of rooms required. Each package is carefully tailored to ensure comfort, convenience, and the best available rates.

  As an added benefit, groups of twenty or more enjoy exclusive discounts, making it even easier to celebrate special occasions, host destination events, or simply share unforgettable experiences together.

By charging service fees, I can dedicate the time required to research, compare, and negotiate options that align with your preferences and budget. Travel planning involves countless moving parts, and these fees ensure every trip is designed with the same level of care as if I were planning it for myself.
