Welcome to Na Rae Travel Co. By using this website and/or working with us as your independent travel advisor, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any services.

1. Role as Independent Travel Advisor

Na Rae Travel Co. acts solely as an Independent Travel Advisor through a host agency. We do not own, operate, or control the travel suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, tour companies, rental car providers, or activity operators). When you book through us, you are entering into a contract directly with those suppliers, and their own terms and conditions will apply.

2. Services Provided

Please refer to the Fees and Services section.

3. Service Fees & Payments

  • All services are free until October 31, 2025.

  • Beginning November 1, 2025, service fees apply as listed in the Fees and Services section.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp.

These fees reflect the significant time and effort required to research, curate, and manage your travel arrangements.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Any cancellations, delays, or changes to your travel plans are subject to the policies of the individual travel suppliers.

  • Na Rae Travel Co. is not responsible for supplier changes, cancellations, or failures.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If the client does not wish to pay for travel insurance, the client must sign the waiver acknowledging their decision.

5. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree that Na Rae Travel Co. is not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of travel suppliers.

  • Illnesses, injuries, delays, lost luggage, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Additional costs incurred due to changes, cancellations, or missed connections.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Names as they appear on passports or a government issued identification card such as a US state driver's license, military ID card, etc.

  • Passport validity, visas, vaccinations, or entry requirements.

  • Travel preferences, allergies, medical needs, or accessibility accommodations.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in denied travel, additional fees, or forfeited bookings.

7. Privacy

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of booking and managing your travel. We will never sell or rent your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Washington State. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. mediation and dispute resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.

  • Mediation shall be conducted in via Zoom or similar online platform, using a mediation in Washington State.

  • If mediation is required as a result of the client’s violation of any of the Terms & Conditions set forth herein, the cost of mediation shall be paid in full by the client.

  • If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue further legal remedies in accordance with Section 8 (Governing Law).

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Na Rae Travel Co. is committed to creating stress-free and memorable travel experiences. These Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure transparency, protect both parties, and make sure every trip is handled with care.
